 Vale CM has an extensive network of architects and engineers who can assist in finalizing construction documents, ensuring they meet professional standards and are ready for certification with the required stamps. 

 We provide comprehensive services to assist with obtaining a building permit for your project. This includes gathering and submitting the necessary documentation, representing you at meetings for any building board reviews, and coordinating with your insurance agent to secure builder's risk insurance. 

 Vale CM will prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for your project to be bid on by multiple contractors. If your project requires additional services, such as environmental consulting or commissioning agents, Vale CM can assist with those as well. Our management team will thoroughly analyze and evaluate each bid, providing recommendations to the owner for the final award decision.
